09.18.2005 - Battlestar
I finished a new song. It is inspired by the show Battlestar Galactica for which I run a fan site (battlestarblog.com). The song features a few voice clips from the show, but largley I tried to capture the excitment of the epic space battles and heroics of the characters. Battlestar is available for streaming off my music page.
02.13.2005 - Ordinary (Keylime Remix)

11.27.2004 - House cleaning
Did some house cleaning today. Added a new flash audio player to the music section. Give another listen to the Allowed - Stradasphere Remix. I reworked the bass line making the song a little tougher.
02.27.2004 - Sixes
In celebration of my golden birthday, I have written myself a new song! Happy birthday to me! It is called Sixes, check it out in the music section! As always I would love to hear any comments!
02.01.2004 - Conversions
Every song in the music section is now 128k Mp3 instead of the lower quality 64k. Sure, it takes up more space on the server, but that is what it is there for right?
09.03.2003 - A little burst of energy
I had a few spare hours and was playing around with a few drum sounds and ended up creating the song Robitro. Its short and simple, but I like jamming out to it. It was one of those songs where I feel like I could have made it so much more if I would have had the inspiration. After a week or so of tweaking it, I figure if I don't just call it finished, I never will. It will end up like many other half-finished works that never even got this far.
08.13.2003 - Nothing New!
I currently have 4 songs in various stages of completion. I just can't find the inspiration to finish them up. Music is on the back burner for now in favor of some summertime/geek hobbies. Maybe as Chicago cools off and winter roles around, I will dive back into my hobby studio (read:office) and bang out some new tunes. I am looking at picking up a USB midi controller as well. It should provide me some much needed musical flexibility.

04.30.2003 - Remixing
A friend of mine, Kitty Mortland recorded a song called Allowed. She recently gave me the acapella tracks and I am working them into a set of remixes. I have never worked with extended vocals before so it is quite a learning experience.
I am almost finised with the first song, Allowed - Stradasphere Remix. I used very few vocals and used the song more as an experiment for a new softsynth I purchased. Soon to follow is a much more vocal heavy version.
I will be posting a version of the Stradasphere Remix to this site in the next few days after I compelete the final mastering and add some last minute touches.
02.18.2003 - New Song
To celebrate the release of my new site, I am also releasing a new song. It is titled Under Reservation (Blissful Remix). Check it out in the Music section. It is a remix of the first song I ever created using computer music technologies. As always, I am interested in hearing any comments about my songs!
02.17.2003 - New Website
Today I am unveiling the brand new website for the music I release under the name KeyLime. I have decided not to host the music on another server under it's own domain name for now. Maybe in the future when I feel like the investment in storage space and bandwidth will be worth it.
